Nowadays in Russia some sort of “imperial” mentality leads to delete and forget all negative aspects of the past, particularly the drama of people persecuted and often killed for their freedom of conscience as children of God.

Father’s House aim is to provide objective historical information and to show the human individual confronted with choice. Our authors carried out in-depth investigations in archives searching for rare chronicles about the life of people who lived through historical cataclysms during last century. They found many living witnesses and many examples of heroism. It is worth telling their stories in order to know the drama of Christians in soviet Russia and to share treasures of the heart that the whole world would admire.

The Life and Faith of Heroic Martyrs

The miracle of sanctity continues through the impenetrable design of God, notwithstanding persecutions and martyrdom of Christian communities. Soviet Russia is an outstanding example of fierce persecutions and outstanding examples of heroism born out of faith. 

We are glad to tell all friends of our website that all films produced by "Otchij Dom" Studio are now available in Russian on DVD! The first series of 10 documentary films titled "Vera i Vremena" (literally "Faith and Times") was published by our Studio in 5 DVDs and is distributed since November 2009, the second one of 8 films was made by the Publishing House of the Moscow Patriarchate in 4 DVDs. You can find a short description of all these films below.

It is a great satisfaction for a producer to bring his production to the market, not only for an economic return, but mainly because any production is intended to respond to needs and requirements of a wide audience. Our own joy is somehow different, as we are bringing the light and joy of faith to people that for most of their live did not know any religious dimension. This joy that comes from our soul finally is shared with all of you.

Your order will be delivered by mail throughout the Russian Federation. The price for DVDs is reduced for larger numbers of copies ordered. 

This two series were published only in Russian language for now. We are still looking for publishers and distributors in Western countries! All our documentary films are already dubbed in English and many of them in French and German. Spanish and Italian editions are at work. We would like that also a larger Western audience could be acquainted with these stories of heroic people that are worth telling to present generations! 

We are open to any agreement for publication and distribution in any Western country!
